RETURN CONDITIONS are as follows:

• KOODEC’s machines, engines or products in general are warranted for 3 years or 3000 hours depending on whichever condition comes first (Particularly, the battery is a 6-month warranty) from the date of hanging over products at the construction site.
• Engines, motors and alternators are warranted for 24 months or 2000 hours depending on whichever condition comes first.
• Warranty and return conditions are not applied to damage caused by users or wrong operating not according to manufacturer’s instructions when using lubricants, fuel and spare parts, especially for those materials, spare parts are natural wear and tear such as diesel filters, lubricant filters and radiators…
